摘要
采用有机硅材料处理金属铜粉,以提高其耐高温氧化性;讨论了CH3/Si比值、处理方式、反应时间等对处理效果的影响。结果表明:较佳的配方及工艺条件为CH3/Si=0,反应温度即回流温度;反应时间4h,包覆处理剂用量占采用方式二处理,铜粉量的4%为宜。
n order to improve anti-oxidization of copper powder in high temperature,the powder was treated with silicone materials.The effect ,such as CH3/Si blending ratio, treatment methods and reaction time,on treatment results were discussed. The results showed that the better formula and technical conditions were CH3/Si=0,treated by method-2,reaction temperature(reflux temperature),reaction time 4h and encapsutant content being 4% of copper powder content (by mass).
