摘要
利用铂电阻基于流体传热方程测量油水两相流的含油率。研究了油水两相流含油率与电热器上下游铂电阻的温差和油水总流量之间的关系,提出用温差、流量校准系数对铂电阻的测量温差和油水总流量进行校正,对校正后得到的含油率测量模型进行了实验验证。实验结果表明含油率在0-50%范围内,平均测量误差为3.89%,提高了含油率的测量精度。
Oil content of oil-water two phase flow was measured using platinum resistance based on the fluid thermal balance equation. The effects of the upstream and downstream temperature difference of the electrical heater and oilwater total flux on oil content were researched. The calibration coefficient of temperature difference flow was proposed to calibrate temperature difference and oil water total flux. The correction measurement model of oil content is verified by experiment. The experimental results show that the average measurement error is 3.89% in the range of 0 - 50% oil content. The correction method improved the accuracy of oil content measured.
