THE APPLICATION OF SOL-GEL TECHNIQUE IN CERAMIC PIGMENT PREPARATION

综述了溶胶-凝胶技术在陶瓷色料制备中的应用及发展,讨论了传统固相法制备陶瓷色料与溶胶-凝胶法制备陶瓷色料的优缺点,重点介绍了溶胶-凝胶法制备固溶体型陶瓷色料与包裹型陶瓷色料及其包裹模型,同时对它们的应用前景与研究方向进行了展望。

The application and development of sol-gel method in preparing ceramic pigments were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of preparing ceramic pigments by traditional solid phase method and sol-gel technique were discussed respectively. The preparation of sosoloid and wrapped ceramic pigments by sol- gel technique and their wrapping model were described in detail. In the end, the application prospect and research fields of sol-gel method in preparing ceramic pigments were forecasted.
