摘要
详细分析了离心叶轮外侧间隙内泄漏气体的流动规律和离心式压缩机轴向推力的组成。建立了离心叶轮盘、盖外侧间隙内泄漏气体流动的计算模型,采用了低Re数κε紊流模型,并用SIMPLEC方法求解控制方程。分别计算了离心叶轮盘、盖两侧不同间隙宽度及不同泄漏流量大小时的压力沿径向的分布。对一台化工用BCL407型高压离心式压缩机高压缸的轴向推力进行了计算,结果令人满意。
The leaked gas flow law in the externalside gap of the centrifugal impellers and the composition of the axial thrust of a centrifugal compressor were analysed.The computing model of the leaked gas flow in the externalside gap between the impeller dish and impeller cover was established, and the low Reynolds number κ ε turbulence model and the SIMPLEC algorithm were used to solve the control equation.The widths of the two sides of the centrifugal impeller dish and the centrifugal impeller cover,and the pressure distribution along the radial direction in various leaked gas were separately calculated.The axial thrust of the high pressure cylinder of a BCL407 type high pressure centrifugal compressor for chemical industry was calculated and the result was satisfactory.
