摘要 针对辽河油区沈84块储层非均质性特征、储层物性和流体性质特点,运用室内实验方法与物理模拟手段,考察了Cr3+对二元复合体系粘度、界面张力和阻力系数等特性的影响,其目的是评价Cr3+聚合物凝胶与二元复合体系配伍性以及Cr3+在改善二元复合体系性能方面作用。结果表明,Cr3+的加入对二元复合体系粘度和界面张力影响不大,但阻力系数和残余阻力系数却明显增加。这不仅显示出Cr3+聚合物凝胶与二元复合体系间良好的配伍性,还表明Cr3+可以使聚合物溶液在沈84块油田地质条件下形成"分子内"交联体系。该体系注入油藏后可达到增大流动阻力、增加注入压力的目的,对改善二元复合体系增油效果具有重要意义。 This paper investigates the impact of Cr3+ on the viscosity, interfacial tension and flow efficiency of 'surfactant/polymer' (SP) system by means of laboratory experiment and physical modeling in accordance with the characteristics of reservoir heterogeneity, petrophysical property and fluid property in Shen 84 Block of Liaohe Oilfield in order to evaluate the compatibility between Cr3+ polymer gel and SP system and the role of Cr3+ in improving the performance of SP system. The result shows that Cr3+ has little influence on viscosity and interfacial tension of SP system, but flow efficiency and residual resistance factor increase significantly. This indicates good compatibility between Cr3+ polymer gel and SP system, and manifests that the Cr3+ polymer solution can form 'molecular' cross-linked system in Shen 84 Block of Liaohe Oilfield. After injected into reservoir, the system can increase flow resistance and injection pressure. Therefore, it is very effective in improving SP flooding.
