摘要
根据垂直管流的能量平衡方程,综合考虑压力、温度的相互影响,同时将流体偏差系数考虑为压力和温度的函数,建立了二氧化碳气井井筒压力分布计算模型。计算时将井筒分成等高度的若干段,在每段中进行迭代求解。以松辽盆地北部徐家围子芳深9井区芳深9井实测数据为例加以验证,此计算模型具有较高的精度。对于深度低于3 500 m的二氧化碳气井,计算结果与实测数据的偏差很小。将此计算模型用于二氧化碳气井垂直管流压力温度分布计算,能够满足工程要求。
A computation model of pressure distribution in CO2 gas well is established according to energy balance equation of vertical pipe flow with consideration of the interaction between temperature and pressure, and regarding fluid deviation factor as a function of temperature and pressure. The wellbore is divided into several intervals of the same height, and iterative calculation is conducted for each interval. This model has been verified to be highly accurate by measured data from Well Fangshen9 in Xujiaweizi in the north of Songliao Basin. For CO2 gas wells less than 3 500 m deep, the computed results have very small deviation from measured data. This computation model for pressure and temperature distribution of vertical pipe flow in CO2 gas well satisfies engineering requirement.
