摘要
针对水煤浆气化工艺技术存在的一些问题,从工艺烧嘴的结构、材料改进及工艺技术的发展等方面提出了改进措施和建议,并对部分改进措施实施后的效果进行了分析,介绍了水煤浆的分级气化技术及相应的原料供应烧嘴(工艺烧嘴和二次补氧烧嘴)的设计方案和设计准则。
Abstract Aimed at the problems existed in coal-water slurry process, put forward proposals and improving measures from the aspects of process burner structure, material improvement as well as process development, etc., analyzed the results of the execution of some improving measures, and presented scheme and rules for the design of grading gasification of coal-water slurry and correspond- ing feeding burner （process burner and Secondary 02 make-up burner）.
