摘要
介绍了德士古废锅流程及辐射冷却器内部结构,分析了辐射冷却器内部结渣的原因,根据实际运行经验,归纳总结了造成废锅结渣的主要影响因素,针对如何解决结渣问题提出了相应措施。
Presented Texaco WHB process and internal structure of radiation cooler, analyzed reasons for slagging inside radiation practical operating experiences, and cooler, stunmarized main factors influencing the proposed relative measures to solve the slagging based on slagging problem.
