摘要
学校转型时期,"新基础教育"关注教师的生命价值,实现教师自我更新。通过研究性变革实践,教师在亲历的各种活动或关系中与他人交互作用,这是自我更新的外部促进机制;教师在个人的教育理念与日常实践行为的双向建构中形成内在关联性体验,这是自我更新的内在转化机制。
During the period of educational conversion, "new basic education" focuses on teacher' s life value to realize their self-updating. By carrying out researches into teaching reforms, teachers are able to interact with others in all kinds of practice and activities, which is the external facilitating mechanism. By constructing their personal educational ideas in daily practice, teachers experience the internal association, which is the intrinsic mechanism.
