CRM has been a important application field in insurance Datamining. The paper analyze the situation of application data mining technology to insurance system CRM at first. Then the paper try to analyze the problem of customer behavior model by a case of a insurance enterprise in Liaoning Province, and prove that Data mining technology can improve the levels of management and decision making in the insurance enterprise.
