摘要
针对辽河油田某采油厂采油污水回注系统腐蚀结垢的严重情况,分析了注水系统水质各项指标,明确其腐蚀结垢原因。通过实验室动态模拟实验、现场试验等方法,筛选复配适合用于采油污水的缓蚀阻垢剂。实验结果表明,在药剂质量浓度45mg/L时,注水系统腐蚀速率为0.05mm/a,阻垢率达98%以上,能同时实现腐蚀与结垢的有效控制。该药剂投加剂量小,成本低,缓蚀阻垢效果优良,具有较好的推广应用价值。
Basing on the seriousness of corrosion and scale of the sewage injection system in an extraction plant which lies in Liaohe Oilfield, this study was carried out firstly with the analysis of water qualities and cause of corrosion and scale. Certain compound corrosion-scale inhibitors applicable to sewage in oilfields were then confirmed through dynamic simulated experiments and field tests. The results show that when the concentration of the compound inhibitors is 45mg/L, the corroding rate of carbon steel is lower than 0.05mm/a and the scale-inhibiting rate is higher than 98 %, so corrosion and scale could be restrained effectively and synchronously. Additionally, the results also show that the compound inhibitors could be operated at low concentration and with high efficiency in inhibiting corrosion and scale. Such properties of the compound inhibiters earn themselves the high worth in application.
