Analysis on mechanical behavior of tire under large side-tipping condition

摘要 采用TYABAS软件,通过调用Abaqus运算模块,对11R22.5越野轮胎在大侧倾角条件下的力学特性进行分析,得到轮胎的接地面积、接触应力、翻转力矩和两侧轮辋接触面积等随着侧倾角变化的关系。另外,还对比研究了有胎面花纹轮胎和光胎面轮胎在45°侧倾角极端条件下的部分性能。结果表明,胎面花纹对轮胎接地压力影响很大,而对骨架材料应力分布影响很小。 The mechanical behavior of tire under large side-tipping condition was analyzed based on the TYABAS software by calling the calculation block of Abaqus software. The contact area with road,contact pressure, invert torque and contact area with rim were investigated under standard load and pressure. Tire performance was also studied under extreme condition of 45 degree side-tipping with or without considering tread pattern. The results showed that the tread pattern had great effect on the contact pressure of the tire with road, but little on the stress distribution in the reinforcement materials.
