摘要 介绍16×3.00电动自行车轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径449.6 mm,断面宽71.4 mm,行驶面宽度79.2 mm,弧度高19.3 mm,胎圈着合宽度68 mm,胎圈着合直径310 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.726,采用块状胎面花纹。施工设计:胎面采用一方一块结构,胎体帘布采用2层1400dtex/1锦纶66浸胶帘布,胎冠帘线角度取46°,钢丝圈采用Φ0.96 mm的19#镀铜回火钢丝,胎圈包布采用2×2帆布,采用半鼓式手工机头成型,120 t×Φ360 mm硫化机硫化。成品室内试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和各项性能均达到设计和国家标准要求。 The design of 16 × 3. 00 electric bicycle tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 449.6 mm,cross-sectional width 71.4 mm,width of running surface 79.2 mm,height of arc 19.3 mm,bead width at rim seat 68 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 310 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 0. 726,block pattern of tread;in construction design, the following processes were taken: one-formula and one-piece extruded tread, 2 layers 1400dtex/1 nylon 66 cord for carcass ply, 46° ply cord angle in crown area, 19# copperized backfire steel (Ф0.96 mm) for bead wire ring,2× 2 canvas chafers for bead,using semi-flat manual drum to build tires,and using 120 t×Ф360 mm vulcanizing heater to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the overall dimension and all properties met the requirements of design and national standard.
