摘要
利用TG—DTG及DTA技术对聚苯硫醚酮(PKS)进行了热分析研究,测定其熔点及熔化热;利用Do-yle方程和Kissinger方程分别对PKS第一分解过程的表现活化能的求算表明,两种方法所得结果一致;同时,借助于热解产物的元素分析,提出PKS最可能的热分解机理。
The thermal analyses of polyCphenylene ketone sulfideXPKS) have been investigated by means of TG-DTG and DTA techniques. The melting point and the heats of fusion for PKS were determined. Using TG and DTA curves with four and three different heating rates, the apparent activation energies of the thermal decomposition processes for PKS were calculated by the Doyle equation and the Kissinger equation respectively. The results obtained with the two methods were considered to be consistent. At the same time, the most possible thermal decomposing mechanism have been put forword by means of the element analysis of the thermal decomposition product.
