摘要
高校要适应21世纪高等教育改革和发展的新要求,必须建设一支懂教育、会管理、精干高效的管理干部队伍。目前,我国高校管理人才的培养明显滞后于师资队伍建设。本文通过对高校管理人才培养现状的分析,提出了选拔任用机制创新、激励机制创新和人才流动机制创新的人才培养模式。
A management talents team must be formed in college to meet the need of higher education reform and development in 21 st century. The training of management talents in Chinese colleges obviously lags behind that of teaching staff. In the light of current status of management talents training, this paper suggests an innovated training pattern, which consists of selection and assignment mechanism, stimulation mechanism and flexible talent transference mechanism.
