太极柔力球锻炼配合药物治疗对中轻度帕金森患者的康复影响

The Influences of Taiji Softball Exercise With Drug Therapy in Mild Parkinson's Patients on the Rehabilitation

目的:探讨太极柔力球锻炼配合药物治疗对中轻度帕金森患者的康复影响。方法:对40例中轻度帕金森的患者根据病情随机分为对照组和实验组,分别进行单纯药物治疗和太极柔力球锻炼配合药物治疗观察实验,经6个月的治疗观察,以治疗前后患者血清HVA、P-选择素和vWF(%)值及帕金森病状的改变为评价指标。结果:经6个月治疗和观察,对照组和实验组患者病症均有显著改善,实验组血清HVA与对照组比较呈非常显著性差异(P<0.01);vWF(%)较对照组呈显著性差异(P<0.05);P-选择素有明显改善。对照组较实验组患者在机体康复功能评定中呈显著性提高。结论:太极柔力球运动结合药物治疗可以加强中轻度帕金森患者中枢神经系统的功能,对中轻度帕金森患者的康复具有积极作用。

Objective： Discussion the influences of Taiji Softball exercise with drug therapy in mild Parkinson＇s patients on the rehabilitation. Methods ： According to the condition of illness, 40 cases of patients with mild Parkinson＇s disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. After 6 months of treatment, before and after treatment in patients with HVA, P - selectin and vWF （ % ） values and changes in Parkinson＇s disease for the evaluation of indicators. Results： After 6 months of treatment and observation, the control group and experimental group patients had significantly improved symptoms, experimental group＇ HVA compared with the control group showed significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the vWF （ % ） than the control group There was a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; P - selection is known as a marked improvement. Control group and experimental group＇ patients in the body with functional evaluation in rehabilitation than those before exercise were significantly enhance. Conclusion： The movement of Taiji Softball combine drud therapy can enhance the Parkinson＇ patients with mild central nervous system function, and that has an active role in rehabilitation.
