摘要
运用文献资料法、实验对比、数理统计等方法,对苏州科技学院2007级瑜珈选修班的40名女大学生分为普通组、对照组进行心血管功能指标的测定。结果表明:经过4个半月的锻炼,实验组心血管功能明显优于对照组,说明瑜珈可有效改善女大学生的心血管功能。
Using hterature method, experimental and comparison mathematical statistics method etc, and divided the 40 female college students who came from Suzhou University of Science and Technology Yoga elective class into a general group and a control group, then measured their indexes of cardiovascular function. The results showed that: After four and a half months of training, cardiovascular function in experimental group was superior to the control group. This means that yoga can be effective in improving cardiovascular function of female college students.
