青海省土族、撒拉族女学生体质状况的比较分析

为了解和掌握青海高原地区少数民族学生体质状况和发展趋势,推动《全民健身计划纲要》的实施,进一步加强和改善民族地区学校体育和卫生保健工作并提供一定的依据。本文对青海特有土族、撒拉族女学生体质状况进行对比和分析。结果表明,土族女学生的生长发育普遍好于撒拉族学生,撒拉族女学生的体型出现偏瘦的趋势;土族女学生身体素质整体水平高于撒拉族学生。
