Assessment of Emergency Management Capability of City Disaster Based on Intuitive Fuzzy Set

城市灾害应急管理综合能力是衡量一座城市未来发展前景的重要指标。针对城市灾害应急管理的主要特点,运用直觉模糊集的有关知识,对城市灾害应急管理综合能力进行了评估。依据城市灾害应急管理的框架结构,构建了综合能力评价指标并针对此评估体系的特点采用基于直觉模糊集的评估方法。最后,以我国3个不同地区的城市为例对各城市的灾害应急管理能力进行了评估。

Urban disaster emergency management is a key parameter to measure the prospects of a city. According to the main features of city disaster emergency management, the knowledge about intuitive fuzzy set is used to make a evaluation about management capacity of a city. based on the urban disaster emergency management framework, the corresponding evaluation index system is built. and for the special features of this assessment system, the evaluation methods based on intuitive fuzzy set are used. Finally, three different cities are taken as examples to evaluate the city disaster emergency management capability.
