摘要
对硅酸盐细菌LNNZY-2菌株的发酵条件进行了研究,结果表明,温度为36℃,培养31h时发酵液中芽孢数可达17.6×107个.m l-1,适宜提高发酵温度,可在短时间内增加芽孢数。摇床转数为240 r/m in时,发酵液产芽孢数最多,达25.6×107个.m l。
The fermentative condition of a silicate bacterium LNNZY -2 was researched in this article. The results showed that there was a large numbers of spores in the fermentative liquid at the temperature of 32℃. It can reache 17.6×10^7·ml^-1. The number of spores can increased shortly by raising temperature in a certain range. The number of spores was the largest , 25.6 ×10^7· ml at speed of 240r/min in shake - flask culture.
