摘要
针对烧结温度等参数对Fe2O3粉末压制烧结密度的影响进行了试验。结果表明:在实验条件相同情况下,粉末粗细颗粒比在85%时压坯密度最高;随着压制压力的升高,在400MPa以下压坯密度上升速率较大,在400~650MPa之间压坯密度呈平台型和上升型交替趋势;烧结块在最终烧结温度为1240℃烧结获得的密度最高。
Aim at finding the influence of the parameter such as sintering temperature on sintering density of the Fe2O3 powder during suppressing, we conduct an experiment. The result shows that: under the same experimental condition, the sintering density is the highest when the coarse and fine Particle ratio of powder is at 85%. Along with suppressed pressure ascension, the ascend speed is faster below the 400MPa, and sintering density gets a plateau -rising type alternate tendency between 400MPa -600MPa. The sintering part obtains the highest density when the final sintering temperature reaches 1240℃.
