摘要
采用金属原位分析的方法对扇形段在不同压下参数方案下铸坯中心的元素偏析进行了对比研究。结果表明:连铸过程中,在钢水成分、过热度和浇铸速度相近条件下,使用方案2时低倍样品中心偏析程度低于使用方案1时的偏析。说明合适的扇形段压下参数控制能有效的降低铸坯中心偏析程度,对提高铸坯内部质量尤为重要。
With the method of original analysis for metal, this paper compares and studies the elementary segregation of the slab center in different segment reduction parameter schemes, the result shows that, in the process of continuous casting, in the condition of similar liquid steel composition, superheat and casting speed, the center segregation degree of the macrosample taken in scheme 1 is lower than that of the sample taken in scheme 2. the fact shows that proper segment reduction parameter control can effectively reduce center segregation degree of the slab, and is important for the improvement of internal slab quality.
