摘要
针对转炉冶炼过程中常见的喷溅现象,结合安钢实际,对喷溅产生原因、时间以及类型进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施,通过对炉料结构的优化、渣料加入时间的掌握、枪位的控制,冶炼过程喷溅得到了有效遏制,钢铁消耗大幅下降,成本指标的控制也取得了较好的效果。
The article describes causes and time of occurrence as well as the type of splash in the steelmaking according to angang, it also tells methods, that is, by controling the composition of slag material and adding of slag and the Position of Oxygen lance to improve the operation for preventing splash, by the above measures, steelmaking consumption and Costing is reduced well and getting good results.
