摘要
对安钢第二炼钢厂氧枪由Φ152mm氧枪改造为Φ159mm后枪龄低的原因进行了分析。通过优化氧枪喷头参数,改善了喷头冷却效果,推行标准化操作,规范废钢结构和造渣制度,实现了吹炼过程平稳、可控,有效降低了氧枪消耗,氧枪枪龄提高了2.04倍,降低了设备运行成本。
The paper analyses the cause of damaged oxygen lance. By optimizing nozzle parameteh, normalizing operation, standardizing the scrap iron configuration and slagging process, the oxygen lance life are raised greatly, and equipment operation costs are reduced.
