摘要
应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪（ICP-AEP），对广东土牛膝中的微量元素进行了测定分析，结果表明，广东土牛膝中Al、ca、Fe、Mg、P、Mn等元素含量相对较高，变异系数范围在0．81％～7．26％之间，元素回收率在93．O％～104．O％之间。该法简便快速，可用于广东土牛膝中微量元素的测定。
To determine the content of trace elements in Eupatorium chinense Linn, the dissolution of the herb were performed in wet way, the trace elements in Eupatorium chinense Linn were determined by ICP -AES method. The results show that there are 10 microelements in Eupatorium chinense Linn. The coefficient of variation is 0. 81% ～7.26%, the recovery is 93.0% ～104.0% , and can determine the content of most microelements in Eupatorium chinense Linn at the same time.
