摘要
介绍了一种基于计算机为核心的气动破碎机性能检测系统。利用该检测系统可检测出气动破碎机的冲击能量,冲击频率,气压,耗气量等重要参数,并进行测试分析,从而实现气动破碎机产品质量的自动检验。检测快捷、可靠,提高了破碎机的出厂检验水平。
This paper introduced pneumatic crusher performance detection system based on computer. Adopting the systerm, many performance index of pneumatic crusher, such as the impact energy, the blows frequency, pressure, cosumption and other important parameters can be detected, and then carry on test analysis. Eventually, automatic detection of product quality can be able to realized. The detection is speedy, reliable and can improve the level of ex - factory examination.
