广西农业信息化十年(1999～2009)实践与思考

Progress of agricultural information system in Guangxi during the past decade (1999-2009)

回顾了1999～2009年间广西农业信息化十年发展的主要脉络,从网络平台建设、农业网站群、农产品网上宣传促销平台、电子政务应用、"三农"信息进村入户、农村信息化队伍建设、农产品质量安全监管等七个方面简要总结了农业信息化主要实践成果;指出当前广西农业信息化决策支持能力建设和信息化协同性需进一步加强,信息化功能定位需进一步完善;提出了优化基础设施、加强人才培训、优化信息质量、优化信息系统功能、优化信息服务内容、优化与公共媒体合作、优化信息技术应用、优化农产品流通网上服务、优化信息化绩效评估等广西农业信息化优化发展思路。

This paper reviewes the development of Guangxi agricultural informationsystem during the past ten years from 1999 to 2009, and briefly summarized the main achievements of building network platform, agricultural website group, on-line platform for advertizing and sales promotion for agricultural products, E-government application, technology extension, team construction for providing agricultural information, agricultural product quality and safety supervision, etc. Developmental ideas for optimizing Guangxi agricultural informationsystem, human resources training, information quality, information system function, information service content, cooperation with public media, information technology application, network service for agricultural products circulation and performance evaluation have been discussed.
