贵港市返乡农民工现状及再就业对策

Current status and countermeasures for re-employment of home-returning rural migrant workers in Guigang City

文章运用农民工输入地调查、农户抽样调查及农业部门统计调查相结合的方法,对贵港市返乡农民工的现状和存在问题进行了分析,提出加强领导,搞好指导服务;加大宣传,鼓励返乡农民工就业创业;打造承接产业转移示范基地,增加返乡农民工就业岗位;加强政策引导和支持,营造良好的发展环境,促进返乡农民工创业;提高返乡农民工培训质量,增强返乡农民工的就业、创业技能;发展农业集约式劳动密集型产业,增强吸纳劳动力的能力等对策。

The current status and problems of home-returning rural migrant workers have been analyzed by surveying them in the places where they had relocated using sample survey method and analyzing the statistical data provided by agricultural sector. It was put forward that the governmental leadership should be strengthened to proride guidance and better service, the propaganda should be enhanced to encourage home-returning rural migrant workers to look for employment or carve out. The demonstration base for carrying on industry transfer should be built up to increase employment opportunities. The political guidance and support should be strengthened to create a favorable environment for their development. The training quality for home-returning rural migrant should be improved to enhance their skills for looking for employment or carve out, agricultural labor-intensive industry should be developed to enhance the capacity to absorb more labor force.
