Employee Voice from Multi-perspective Research Framework

摘要 通过区分集体性的voice——"呼吁"与个体性的voice——"建言";然后聚焦于管理学领域对员工建言行为前因后果的研究,并比较了分别由员工不满和员工满意引起的建言行为。 This paper classifies the voice into collective and individual,then focuses on the researches about the antecedents and consequences of employees voice,and compares the voice behaviors induced by satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
