摘要
通过对149名知识型人才的调查,探讨组织支持感与职业承诺、职业满意之间的关系。结果表明:职业承诺由四个维度(情感承诺、持续承诺、职业动力和职业忠诚)构成;组织支持感对职业承诺不同维度存在不同的影响;职业承诺可以预测职业满意度(职业成功)。
This paper analyzes the relationships among knowledge employees'perceived organizational support (POS) , career commitment and career satisfaction, through a survey of 149 knowledge employees. Results are as follows : career commitment has four factors, that is, affective career, continuance career, career resilience and career loyalty; there is a significandy positive correlation between perceived organizational support and career commitment; career commitment has positive effects on knowledge employees'career success.
