摘要
采用系统工程的方法,运用解释结构模型对企业原始创新系统中的20个要素进行分类,构建了企业原始创新系统的模型,分析了其组成要素的相互关系。并且论述了企业原始创新系统的运行环境和建立了企业原始创新系统的运行机制框架。针对激励机制、决策机制、合作机制给出了企业原始创新系统的运行对策。
This paper,which classifies the 20 elements in the Enterprise Original Innovation System,constructs the original business model innovation system and analyzes the relationship between the elements,by applying the system engineering and ISM.It discusses the original business environment in the the Original Enterprise Innovation System and establishes the enterprise system innovation of the original framework of the mechanism.Some operation countermeasures for incentives,decision-making mechanism,the mechanism of cooperation in the Enterprise Original Innovation System are also raised in this paper.
