摘要
采用直接酯化法,通过2,6-萘二酸和对苯二甲酸按一定比例混合,与乙二醇在有水存在的条件下反应,经缩聚制成性能良好的PEN与PET混合的阻隔性包装材料,达到既保持良好性能,又降低成本的目的。反应一开始就存在于系统中的水和催化剂能够最大限度的抑制副产物二甘醇醚键骨架(NDA-DEG)的产生,提高产品纯度。
PEN and PET barrier materials were prepared from naphthalenedicarboxylic acid , terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol by direct esterification . The product had good performance and cost was reduced. In the beginning, water and catalyst in system can restrain side reaction to improve products purity .
