摘要
用我国放射性废物焚烧系统(冷)试验产生的焚烧灰为原料,进行了焚烧灰高压造粒实验。结果表明,在焚烧灰热灼减率〈5%、粒径〈5I砌、含水率5%~8%,造粒压力为150kN,滑石粉添加量为4%~5%的工艺操作参数条件下,焚烧灰可以制成满足造粒固化要求的颗粒。
Incinerated ash, as produced in the radioactive waste incineration process, is the material of high pressure granulating experiment. The results show that incinerated ash can meet immobilization acquirements, when the residue ratio 〈 5%, the size of granule 〈 5 mm, granulating pressure 150 kN, water content 5% - 8 %, and ratio of talcum powder 4% - 5 %.
