摘要
用相衬微分干涉显微术连接全息图象自动分析系统,实时研究了新型非线性光学晶体:有机金属配合物—ATMB晶体生长表面形貌和台阶运动规律。揭示了该晶体是一种典型的多二维成核-层生长-准法向生长机制。当晶体为层向生长时,速度较慢,台阶运动速率与过饱和度之间的关系呈非线性变化,台阶上升有效表面能约为17.3×10-9J/cm2。当晶体为准法向生长时,晶体均匀透明,速度较快。欲获得快速生长高质量的单晶体,应选择准法向生长条件为宜。
he surface morphology and the regulations of step movement on a new type nonlinear optical crystal:organometallic coordination compound—ATMB have been investigated in real time by using phasecontrast differential interferometric micrography with an automatic imageanalysis system.The mechanism of ATMB crystal growth has been revealed that is a typical multitwodimensional nucleationlayer growthquasinormal growth.When the crystals grow by layerwise,the growth rate is slow.The relationship between the velocity of step movement and supersaturation is nonlinear.The effective surface energy of the step riser is about 17.3×10-9J/cm2.For the quasinormal growth mechanism,the growth rate is faster than the layerwise growth and the crystals to be homogenous.To obtain rapid growth of single ATMB crystals with highquality,it is suitable to choose the conditions for the quasinormal growth.
