莫邪菊的离体培养研究初报

摘要 目的为建立莫邪菊的离体培养体系。方法以成熟果实中的种子为外植体,探讨不同生长调节剂对离体培养中愈伤组织诱导、不定芽的分化和试管苗生根的影响。结果培养基配方为MS+2,4-D2.0mg/L+6-BA0.2mg/L时,种子破壳萌发率为70%,胚轴处愈伤组织诱导率为100%;MS+6-BA2.0mg/L为合适的丛生芽诱导和增殖培养基配方;培养基为MS0时生根率为95%,生根效果好且配方简单,移栽的试管苗成活率可达95%。结论该试验建立的离体培养体系可用于莫邪菊的离体培养。 Objective To establish an in vitro culture system for Carpoorotus eaulis L.Methods, Using C. edulis L. seeds in ripe fruits as explants, explore the effects of different plant growth regulators on callus induction, adventitious buds differentiation, and rooting in vitro. Results When the media was MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.2 mg/L, the germination rate was 70%, and callus induction rate was 100%. The optimum media for caespitose buds induction and proliferation was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L. Both piantlets rooting rate and survival rate reached 95% when cultured on simple medium MS0. Conclusion The established in vitro culture system can be used for C. edulis L.
