COX-2和p73蛋白在鼻咽癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of COX-2 and p73 Proteins in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and their Clinical Significance

目的:探讨鼻咽癌组织中COX-2蛋白和p73蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法:免疫组化SP法检测86例鼻咽癌组织中COX-2蛋白和p73蛋白的表达。结果:COX-2和p73在鼻咽癌中的阳性表达率为80.2%、60.5%;二者呈显著正相关(r=0.668,P<0.01)。结论:COX-2蛋白和p73蛋白的过度表达在鼻咽癌的发生进展过程中起重要作用。

Objective To explore the expression of COX-2 and p73 proteins in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（ NPC ） and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of COX-2 and p73 proteins were determined with SP staining in 86 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Results The positive rates of COX-2 and p73 expression were 80.2% and 60.5% ,respectively. There was significant positive correlation between COX-2 expression and p73 expression （ r = 0.668, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The overrexpression of COX-2 and p73 may play an important role in the development of NPC.
