摘要 目的:通过验证静态物理补偿器调强放疗(IMRT)的剂量误差,强调对其质量保证的特殊要求和措施。方法:比较17例IMRT静态物理补偿器调强治疗计划与有机玻璃模体绝对剂量。结果:物理补偿器测量绝对剂量误差控制在5%以内,平均误差3.8%。结论:通过制定详细周密的质量控制和质量保证措施,实现IMRT可满足临床要求。 Objective To emphasize the special requirement and measure of quality control in the static physical compensator intensity-modulated radiotherapy by verifying the dose error. MethOdS The absolute dose between static physical compensator IMRT plan and polymethyl phantoms was compared in 17 cases. Results The absolute dose error is controlled with-in 5% ,and the mean error is 3.8%. Conclusion The strict and detailed measure of quality control and quality assurance may be the foundation that IMRT could satisfy the clinical requirements.
