摘要
目的：调查分析惠州市0-6岁儿童健康状况的变化状况。方法：对惠州市2000。2008年12197名儿童保健资料进行营养不良、贫血、佝偻病和肥胖患病率分析。结果：0—6岁儿童营养不良、贫血和佝偻病患病率分别由2000年的0．79％、3．21％和1．42％下降到2008年的0．28％、2．76％和0．15％；儿童肥胖率则由2．87％升高到4．41％，农村儿童各指标增幅更大。结论：肥胖影响儿童健康，婴幼儿和农村儿童为重点预防对象。
Objective To analyze the health status of children aged from 0 to 6 years in Huizhou. Methods The prevalence of malnutrition, anemia, rickets and obesity was analyzed in 12 197 children in Huizhou from 2000 to 2008. Results The prevalence rates of malnutrition, anemia and rickets of children aged 0 - 6 years had decreased from 0.79% ,3.21% and 1. 42% in 2000 to 0.28% ,2.76% and 0.15% in 2008 ,respectively. The prevalence rates of obesity had increased from 2. 87% to 4.41% ,the increase of all the indexes were more obvious in rural area. Conclusion Obesity may affect the children health and the key population for prevention are infants and the children in rural area.
