摘要 为降低晶体硅太阳电池的制造成本,从扩散气氛场角度提出实验方法,优化扩散工艺均匀性。该研究方法可改善太阳电池电性能并对产业化生产起指导作用。 In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of crystalline silicon solar cells,this paper puts forward an experimental method for optimizing diffusion in terms of diffusion air-lowing environment.This research method is helpful for improving the quality of solar cells and guiding the production of industrialization.
