摘要
简要介绍静止图像的压缩编码标准(JPEG)的基本原理,详细描述基于DSP的JPEG硬件压缩系统的实现和软件代码的优化。实验结果表明,按JPEG标准得到的压缩图像具有理想的压缩效果,编码耗时少,保证了嵌入式远程监控系统中图像传输的实时性。
The basic principles of JPEG is briefly introduced and the implementation of hardware system and program code optimization are described in detail.The experimental results indicate that the compression image acquired by JPEG standard has an ideal compression effect. Furthermore, this method costs less time. It ensures the real-time transmission of the embedded tele-surveillanee system.
