摘要
中国与世界的第一颗人造金刚石都是在两面顶压机、Belt型模具上合成成功的。但由于中国的研究与开发投入很少,加之中国的工业基础水平低,至使我国的两面顶装备和工艺水平与国外相距甚远。六面顶技术以其投资小、工艺简单而占领中国市场,但产品质量为中低档水平。虽然我国花费了大量资金几次引进国外先进两面顶设备与技术,但都因各种原因至今未能投产。中国自己研制的25MN压机、GC-50钢丝缠绕模具合成金刚石技术因其生产成本低,设备大小适中,产品质量处于世界中上水平,适合中国国情,从而具有较大的开发潜力。
The first grit of synthetic diamond was madde by the press with Belt type tooling both in China and the world.On account of little investment on the research and development in China,Chinese technology is a long distance behind the world level.Although several companies have imported the advanced presses and technology from other countries,but these machines have not been put into production unti l now because of many kinds of problems.The Chinese 25MN press with GC-50 steel wire winded tooling has bright prospects,because its production cost is lower than that of foreign countries and the diamond quality is better than what produced by Chinese cubic press.
