植物生长调节剂对烤烟经济性状、化学成分及香气质量的影响

Effects of Plant Growth Regulator on Economic Characteristics,Chemical Components and Aroma Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco

以烤烟品种云烟87为材料,通过田间试验研究了烟株打顶后喷施植物生长调节剂对烤烟经济性状、化学成分和香气成分含量、组成的影响。结果表明,喷施植物生长调节剂均能改善烟叶经济性状,提高烟叶致香物质总量,其中喷施植物生长调节剂1号烟叶经济性状表现较好,化学成分和致香物质的组成较为协调,感官评吸表现为香气量较足、杂气较少、刺激性较低、余味舒适、烟气浓度大、燃烧性好、总得分最高。表明喷施植物生长调节剂1号可使延边烟区烤烟产量和质量协同提高,为改善烟叶香气质量奠定基础。

Field experiments were carried out to study the effects of different plant growth regulators on the economic characteristics, chemical components and aroma quality of a tobacco cultivar Yunyan 87. The results showed that plant growth regulator could improve economic characteristics, and increase the total content of aroma constituents. The economic characteristics of the tobacco sprayed with plant growth regulator 1 were better, and its chemical components and aroma constituents were more harmonious. Therefore, the comprehensive quality was obviously improved, having small odor, moderate irritation, comfortable lingering, mild smoke and good combustibility. It suggested that spraying plant growth regulator 1 was the foundation for improving yield and quality of flue - cured tobacco and its flavor quality.
