摘要
以蔷薇枝条为试材,分别用吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)进行处理,研究蔷薇的扦插生根能力和生根过程中相关氧化酶的活性。结果表明,通过激素处理可以显著提高生根率,其中以100 mg/L吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理效果最好,插穗生根率达80.6%,比对照提高25.1%;蔷薇硬枝扦插生根过程中,各阶段酶活性差异显著,与CK相比,生根率高的处理(>55.5%),POD和PPO酶活性也明显升高,而IAAO酶活性则显著下降。
Rooting capacity and changes of the related oxidase activities of the hard branches of rose, which were treated with the IAA, IBA and NAA , were investigated. The experiment results showed that the branches treated with 100 mg/L IBA had high rooting capacity, reached 80.6%, which increased by 25.1% compared with that of the CK;dufing the rooting periods, the three enzymes, activities varied remarkably, and in the treatment with higher rooting rate( 〉55.5% ), the enzymes activities of POD and PPO were higher than that of the CK, but the enzymes activitie of IAAO was lower.
