摘要
采用丙酮和酒精进行萃取,用分光光度法测定几种阳生植物和阴生植物的叶绿素a与叶绿素b以及总叶绿素的含量。结果表明,供试的6种植物中,总叶绿素含量趋势为:月季﹥美洲合欢﹥合果芋﹥沿阶草﹥喜荫花﹥黄素梅。可见阴生植物与阳生植物的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量均有所差异,从而使它们的外观呈现出不同的色彩。
The chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content of several sun plants and shade plants was determined by spectrophotometry method using acetone and alcohol as extraction. The results showed that the trend of the total chlorophyll conten was: Rosa chinensis 〉 Calliandra haematocephata 〉Syngonium podophyllum 〉 Ophiopogon japonicus cv. 〉 Episcia cupreata 〉 Duranta repens cv.golden leaves. So, the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content of both shade plants and sun plants had the difference in the color so that they showed different colors.
