河北柴鸡43周龄产蛋量遗传力估计与合并选择指数制定

Study on Egg Production Heritability and Combined Selection Index for Forty-three Week-old Egg Number of Hebei Domestic Chicken

利用全同胞组内相关法,对河北柴鸡43周龄产蛋量的遗传力进行了估计,并制定出了合并选择指数。结果表明,河北柴鸡43周龄产蛋量的遗传力为0.1323。根据该遗传力估计值得出第一世代母鸡43周龄产蛋量合并选择指数公式,即IC=0.998Pf+0.069PW,最后求出了各母鸡的合并选择指数,范围在50.314～105.857,这些指数可用于指导河北柴鸡的选育及选配工作。

The full-sib intra-class correlation method was used to estimate the egg production heritability of forty-three week-old of Hebei domestic chicken, and the combined selection index was worked out. The results showed that the egg production heritability of forty-three week-old of Hebei domestic chicken was 0.132 3. The formula of combined selection index of the first generation was Ic=0.998Pf＋0.069Pw according to the heritability. And the combined selection index of each chicken was ranged from 50.314 to 105.857. These indices were used to the guidance of selection and mating of Hebei domestic chicken.
