摘要
对从浒苔表面分离得到的1株海洋细菌——HT5进行了系统分类鉴定和细胞死亡的初步研究。根据形态学特征、培养特性和生理生化特征及16S rDNA序列同源性将HT5鉴定为Flammeovirga sp.。通过生长曲线、菌体的形态变化、存活时间与温度的关系等描述了HT5在培养中菌体细胞的死亡特性,并初步推测这一特性与细菌的细胞程序性死亡有关。
The strain HT5 isolated from Enteromorpha prolifera was systematically classified, and the preliminary study on its culture longevity was conducted. HT5 was identified as Flammeovirga sp. according to its 16S rDNA sequence and morphological, cultural, physiological and biochemical features. The characteristic of HT5 was described by the growth curve, morphological changes in culturing, the relationship between the longevity and the temperature and so forth, and it was conjectured that this characteristic related to the programmed cell death of bacterium.
