摘要
为研究1-MCP在"早凤王"桃果实上的贮藏保鲜效果及贮藏保鲜机理,以"早凤王"桃果实为试验材料,研究了1-MCP处理对"早凤王"桃果实细胞膜相对透性的影响。结果表明,1-MCP能够抑制桃果实细胞膜相对透性、LOX活性与MDA含量的上升,延缓果实衰老。
In this experiments, with the "Zaofengwang" peach as material, the effects of 1-MCP on epicyte permeability of peach fruit were studied systematically, aiming at providing the theory bases of the peach storage. The results indicated that 1-MGP could inhibit the ascent of epicyte relative permeability, LOX activity and MDA content.
