摘要
在无氮气保护下,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备马铃薯淀粉/丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺高吸水性树脂。结果表明,采用该法能制得马铃薯淀粉/丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺高吸水性树脂,其最佳工艺条件为单体配比(AA∶AM)5∶3、交联剂2.0mL、引发剂1.0mL、中和度95%、反应温度65℃。在此条件下合成的树脂在室温下吸蒸馏水587.00g·g-1。红外光谱初步表明马铃薯淀粉与丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺产生了交联。
Without the protection of nitrogen gas, taking N, N-methylene-bisacrylamide as the crosslinking agent, the potassium persulfate as the initiator, the potato starch/acrylic acid/acrylamide superabsorbent polymers was prepared by water solution polymerization method. The best technological conditions were: Monomer allocated proportion (AA:AM)5:3, crosslinking agent 2.0 mL, initiator 1.0 mL, neutral dagree 95%, reaction temperature 65℃. The resin synthesized under these conditions attracted distilled water 587g·g^-1 under the room temperature. The infrared spectrum indicated initially the potato starch and the acrylic acid and the acrylic amide had crossing linking.
