摘要
针对球团竖炉的导风墙和干燥床冷却梁经常烧弯变形、脱焊滴水,严重影响生产的情况,对冷却装置的工艺结构,冷却循环技术参数,介质流状态,导风墙冷却梁合理长度等进行研究和技术改造,取得了突破性的技术成果和可观的经济效益。
According to the situation of seriously affect the production such as airguiding wall of peUcctizing shaft furnace and cooling beam of drying bed burning defomation, doff welding leakage, their situations are studied and technologies are transformed, for example,process structure of cooling device, thchnical parmeters of cooling circulation, state of medium flow, reasonable length of airguiding wall and so on. Breakthrough technical results and a good economic benefit are achieved.
