摘要
对转炉炉衬损坏的机理和原因进行分析,通过采取优化转炉冶炼工艺、强化溅渣护炉工艺以及加强日常炉体维护等科学措施,加强对转炉中后期炉衬的维护,取得了良好的效果,降低了耐材消耗,提高了转炉作业率。
The mechanism and causes for damage of converter linling are analysed. A good results are achieved by using measures such as optimization of converter smelting process, strengthen slag splashing process, as well as strengthen the day-to-day maintenance of furnace body and so on. Meanwhile,the consumption of refractories is reduced,operation rate of coverter is raised.
